By accessing and using sohm.com.au, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colours and textures will be exactly accurate. Natural crystals and handmade jewellery may vary slightly in appearance from product to product — this is a feature of handmade, natural goods, not a defect.

Product descriptions are for general informational purposes. Crystal healing and spiritual intentions are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Your order is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is out of stock, if payment cannot be verified, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.

We ship within Australia and internationally. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. postal delays, customs). Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures for international orders. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) are not limited by these Terms. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

For change-of-mind returns, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, without prejudice to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised.
